Yoga at Electric Fields
Join Kat, Alana and Louise for morning Yoga at EF on the 31st and 1st. Whether you like it slow and gentle or fiery and energetic, there will be something for everyone. Classes are open to all levels, including beginners. We’re all about having fun and getting moving. If the weather gods are kind to us we’ll be in the beautiful gardens, soaking up the fresh air as we flow. The perfect cure for heavy heads and achy dancing feet the morning after the night before…classes will be from 9am – 12pm each day.
Kat (@katsearsonyoga) qualified with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa in 2016. She draws on the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga, to sequence Vinyasa flows to balance and calm the body and mind. After finding Yoga to be the super power she needed to ease on-going digestive issues, she loves to support students to tune in with their own bodies and connect a little deeper. With a strong emphasis on the breath and solid alignment foundations, she encourages students to feel their way through, moving in a way that works for them.
Louise (@louiseboydyoga) qualified from Sampoorna Yoga in Goa in January 2018. She teaches creative Vinyasa sequences inspired by her deep love of fresh air and nature. You can expect a slow flow and a lot of good vibes, set to a chill playlist.
Alana believes that yoga is for everyone, and her inclusive teaching style will connect you more deeply to your breath and body. Since completing her 200-hr training in Vancouver BC, Alana’s studied and explored yoga with a variety of international teachers and now brings good vibes & good tunes to busy Londoners. Expect to feel energised, connected, and calm!
