Needing little introduction to those that have payed any kind of attention to the Scottish music scene over the past decade, Frabbits have grown from the humble beginnings of a self-recording brotherly duo from Selkirk, to a fully-fledged, arena-playing, Top-20-bothering, mainstay of the indie-rock scene.
Led by the ever-engaging wryness of frontman Scott Hutchison, the band crowned an eventful 2016 – which saw the release of their fifth full-length effort – with a three-night, sold-out residency at Glasgow’s Barrowlands and we couldn’t be more excited to have them headline this year’s Electric Fields. Whether delivering heartfelt guitar-led anthems, or stripping it all back for something much more poignant, Frabbits are simply masters in their class.
A national treasure? You better believe it.
